Nectarine
Fruit
Why did the chef shave the Peaches?
Because the recipe called for Nectarines!
The Nectarine is believed to have been domesticated in China more than 4,000 years ago. Nectarine and Peach trees are extremely similar, to the point that it is difficult to distinguish the differences between the two. This sweet, juicy fruit is versatile in its applications, and can be used in both sweet and savory recipes!
