Kandice became a part of the Encore family in 2019. She came to Encore from the lighting industry, where she had the role of a customer service manager. Kandice brightens everyone's day with her friendly and easy going personality, and she continues to bring that shining personality to Encore's customer service team!
When Kandice is not busy being an awesome Encore employee, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading romance and poetry novels, and working on all sorts of different crafts!
